[C320-list] Aqua Lift Muffler

I hope Catalina isn't still using this 'one of a kind' muffler design.
If so, I say again that Catalina needs to be tasked to design a more  
'replaceable friendly' muffler.
Boats age like houses; it's not unusual to find 30-40+ year old boats  
in service.
