Replace or upgrade the traveler to one that has a better blocks and better
release system (I spent about one thousand switching to Harken instead of
upgrading to Gaueher). Just bring the lines off and flicking your hand
upwards is enough to work the traveler lines off the blocks. Not as ideal
as an experienced crew person but it works.

Subject: [C320-list] Mainsheet and Traveler Control Lines

Greetings:

Tacking can mean adjusting the traveler control lines. It is also handy to
be able to dump the main when a sudden gust arrives. This is impossible to
do from the helm on a 320. Has anyone made an attempt to direct either the
control lines or the mainsheet to the helm position? I am very interested
in hearing how this has been done as it would be great to have this in place
for the coming sailing season, if there is a way.
