[C320-list] New Engine Mounts

One thing I worry about in this method -- I believe it is pretty hard on the transmission to shift at higher RPMs.  My thought was to go to idle only to shift, and then bring the RPMs back up a bit to get away from the vibration.  For that reason I am hesitant to "lock in" the higher RPM.  Am I worrying too much?
