[C320-list] Interior light fixtures-removal?

On my boat the bulb is like a little floodlight and the reflector and lens
are part of the bulb. So when I "levered" the bulb out it was really the
reflector and lens. The bulb itself is encased inside.

This is for the main saloon bulbs. The ones in the aft cabin are smaller
things with no reflector or lens. The ones in the V-berth are ordinary
festoon style bulbs (i.e. like a fuse with pointy ends).
