Tim, The contact info for Lewmar is 800 362 7212 or lewmarusa at lewmarusa.com<mailto:lewmarusa at lewmarusa.com>. Most likely Lewmar will ask that you provide the serial number which is etched into the acrylic near the handles. Pull back on the rubber gasket to find it. Good luck! Kevin
