Rick I have #224. The ports have a horizontal joint in the outside frame. This leaks into the latch area. Cpt Tolleys Creeping Crack Cure from West Marine is a quick < 10.00 dollar fix. It is also good for bolts on the genoa track and chainplates. Kit Carson
