[C320-list] Air-conditioning problem

You must mean 16,000 BTU and it will handle it easy. I lived there 
once and except during the day on your hottest summer a 12,000 would 
do. I get by at night in TEXAS with 12,000, gets down to 62F, but 
wish it was a 16,000 in the day or to cool it down faster.
