[C320-list] Bilge Float Pump Switch

Rick,

Tegwen #1141 is a Mk II with different panel etc so not directly relevant.
However, it has a fuse on the main panel marked bilge pump that is not
connected at all but has an inline fuse immediately behind the panel.  You
could check there.
