[C320-list] generator storage safety

There is a switch that turns off the fuel but also shorts out the spark plug
- you can't run it dry.  They are four strokes as opposed to the usual two
stroke motors that you would run dry.  The only way to drain the bowl is to
undo the drain screw in behind the side cover. I intend to check this out
and see if I can extend the screw in some way to be accessed without
removing the cover.
