After 4 years of pulling and grinding we changed to just
jumping the main like racers. Go on deck and pull the halyard at the
mast and someone in the cockpit pulls the slack through the clutch or
around a winch, so easy to do. I am 6' 2" and 210 and over 60 so most
everyone should be able to do it. At least give it a try in smooth
water some day.
