[C320-list] Mainsail track

John and Bobbi,
I have the strong track on my 387. It does help, but if you raise it from 
the cockpit you are still going through at least 2  blocks and have friction 
build up. Try what Pat says first, if you are not happy with that then go 
for it. It is a job to get it attached to the mast and only do it after the 
track has warmed up. It is not really flexible and will require some muscle. 
Also you will have to open the track some and maybe move the track opening 
up. Make sure of your mast measurement and make sure it goes all the way 
down to within about 2 inches from the gooseneck. Good luck. BTW it does 
come down REAL fast.
