[C320-list] Max RPM on Yanmar YM30

Year 2002 hull 906 with Yanmar 3GM30F having about 300 hours on her.   
Usually run at either 2400 or 3000.  Manual says 3200 is 'continuous'  
duty rating, 3600 is 'one hour' duty (also max per manual) rating.  I  
can reach all ratings with prop engaged; to my knowledge the engine  
has never produced smoke.
