[C320-list] Replacing circuit breaker in main panel

Tim states that his breakers appear to be siliconed (RTV) in place,  
which doesn't sound very secure.
They're likely held with screws (possibly concealed by a plastic  
overlay), or a nut that fits over the breaker lever and screws down to  
threads protruding from the breaker body.
