OD,

So I have to ask. Maybe this is a dumb questions but what kind of knot do
you use on the clue? Obviously, if the sheet is continuous and passed thru
the clue without a knot you could never tighten the sheet. Correct? Unless
your using 2 sheets and loop them thru from each direction. But then where
would you tie them off?

What I did on cl 2 and cl 3 was to get the jib/genoa sheets in one
continuous length then simply pass it thru itself at the clew...if you use
a whisker pole for off-wind, then use a light spectra line at the clew (use
a bowline there) to attach the pole end...again, use some spectra/dyneema
sheets--go down a size or even 2...

How are people attaching jib sheets to the jib?  I've been using a bowline;
but, don't like it as it tends to catch on the shrouds on a tack. I'm
thinking about an anchor bend (fisherman's bend) and seizing the bitter end
to the working part. Any better ideas?
