I also have the Autostream and the Yanmar 3GM30F. When adjusting the prop
pitch screw my Diver sat in the water while I went out and tested MAX RPM's
with a clean bottom. He kept adjusting the pitch screw until we got exactly
3600 RPM's.
You might want to try that.

Joe,

You may not make it as high as 3600 rpm depending on how your prop is
pitched. I seem to recall that mine won't go much above 3000 rpm under way
due to loading from the prop which is an Autostream feathering prop.
