Thanks, John.  Have fun sailing.  We won't get out for another 2 1/2 weeks
when we charter the 320 in Florida!!  Re. Sailing Center, we would love to,
but Bob and I just don't want to spend that much money at this point - too
close to retirement with a more limited income. 

There's a 2006 320 for sale at Harve de Grace, MD, for $114,900 that I am
intrigued with.  Bob thinks there's a "hitch" because the price is quite
reasonable for a very loaded (even custom sheets), nearly new one.  I
wonder...

Don't forget to check your local dealer, St Louis Sailing. We just bought a
new 320 from them (all the features you name) and were pleased with their
work. Heading for our first race (ever) this morning. If I don't win, I

Dear 320 Group,

We currently have a Catalina 28 and are planning to move up to a 320 in the
near future.  Our immediate program is to charter a 320 for a cruise in
Florida in late March to make sure it suits us as we think it will.
Following which, we will be actively searching for a boat, probably 2000 to
2005.  

Some of the items on our wish list include reverse cycle AC/heat, in mast
furling, and, with luck, innerspring mattress.  Oh, yeah, we live in the St.
Louis, MO, area.  Due to transp. costs, the left coast is probably out of
our range.

If any of you know of a boat that may be available, we would like to hear
from you.  Thanks so much.
