[C320-list] 2008 Regatta check

No Robert, you haven't been sleeping and neither have your Assn. officers or 
event coordinators.  We've been dealing with contracts, insurance, and other 
mundane details of Regatta planning.  Bruce and I will be meeting this week 
to finalize the budget and other details.  Our Supreme WebMaster is standing 
by to impliment the on-line registration and Regatt information pages as 
soon as we have all the details.

In the meantime, we do have a hotel and a block of rooms at $139/night.  The 
hotel has a shuttle as does the marina, so if you are flying in and don't 
want to rent, just secure a transfer to the hotel from the airport.  There 
is a well-appointed resturant on-site, as well as pool, etc.  Soon, we will 
have a web page at the hotel where you may register rooms directly for the 
Regatta.  Until then, if you want to get a jump on the process, or check out 
the hotel, go to www.doubletreeannapolis.com where you may make a 
reservation online or call the hotel.  Just be sure you use our group code 
"C32" or identify the group as "Catalina 320," in order to get the rate.
