[C320-list] Off-Shore Rating for the C320

Look on the Catalina website for the rating.  It is the highest rating of 
A-1.  Speaking from some minor experiences, the boat can take more than the
crew.

People have sailed 320's to Hawaii from Marina del Rey here in CA---must be
in top group for seaworthiness/ruggedness.  Haven't sailed beyond Catalina
Island myself.
