[C320-list] flat screen LCD

Some might be concerned regarding the effect of salt air on the
internal circuit boards. Most such boards have a conformal coating,
making that concern moot.
Battery contacts, antenna connections, and some of the TV controls (do
TV's even have control 'knobs' anymore?) may be of some minor concern.
To date, we've had two computers, a car stereo, and a handheld GPS
unit aboard, without problems. None were 'marine' units.
Although the computers currently serve for DVD's, we'll likely install
an LCD TV onboard some day. It won't be a 'marine' unit. We'll just
pay our money and take our chances. If 'marine' units are so
necessary, how can computers, TV's, stereos, etc survive in the houses
and cars of people that work and reside along the shore?
