[C320-list] Stern Cleats

My Marina has floating docks. The placement of the cleats on the stern and crossing the dock lines requires lots of rubbing from the cleats until they actually leave the boat. To eliminate this problem, has anyone installed a second set of stern cleats, lower and further back? I've tried not crossing the dock lines but that doesn't really provide the support the boat needs.
