Unreal price - only a bit more than what I paid in 2001 for a new 320 once I
added on the A/C that this comes with and no in-mast furling.

I have no relationship with this dealer, and this is not a commercial, but I
thought you might like to see a pretty good deal.
We considered buying this exact hull last year for a LOT more than they are
now asking. If I remember correctly, this was the 320 on the cover of one of
the big sailing magazines last year when the MKII was introduced at the
Miami boat show.

While the price reduction implies I've lost a good deal of depreciation on
the MKII that I did buy, the good news is I would have lost a LOT more if I
had waited and kept my money in stocks. And I would have missed a great year
of sailing a 320!
