My first FUEL Filter Servicing of my 3YM30 Yanmar Fuel Filters.
Simple Question.

The Secondary Engine-Mounted 3-micron fuel filter has come wrapped in
Cellophane or a clear Gladwrap covering.
DO I REMOVE THIS WRAPPING?
