We went with MarTek Davits, model MT370 with Stabilizing strut and 6:1 purchase block set.  Installation was relatively straight forward.  Used to support 8 ft Apex RIB with an 8hp Johnson 2 stroke OB.  Can send pics.  If interested send an email to:  chuters at earthlink.net.

Thanks for the leak and Bimini advice. I have tracked the leak down to the
pipes or hot water tank below the sink. I should be able to figure out
exactly where it is coming from taoday.

I am looking into fitting Davits and wondered if anyone had any
advice/recommendations on best brands to look at.
