[C320-list] Steering Cable Failure

Ken Danko recently reported a steering cable failure on his boat (hull  
802).

I let Gerry Douglas know about the problem and linked him to Ken's posted  
pictures. Gerry, in turn, reviewed with his engineering team and Edson.
