Remove the drawers then the 5 screws holding the wooden assembly in place and slide the whole thing out for "easy" access to repair/replace the head sink plumbing, work on the shower sump pump etc.

That sounds like a great place for the anchor wash down.  I assumed you just 
Teed of the thru-hull for the head?

For better access, go into the aft cabin and close the door. Open the
top drawer part way and look for the tab at the top of the back of the
drawer. Turn the tab down so that the drawer will pull all the way out
and swing down on the hinge. Oops! Next time empty it first.

I installed our anchor washdown pump and associated plumbing in this
locker this way.
