[C320-list] Oil

My understanding is that it is the "C" that is important for diesel engines.
The second letter is a revision of the standard: CF later than CE, CG will
be next.

I'm told the the API CD designator is obsolete. Based on what I can find,
looks like the API for the 3GM30F is CF. Does anyone disagree? And 15W40
oil.
