Paul,
I recently replaced mine, same symptoms.  I bought it from Bay shore Marine in Annapolis, cost about $150.00.  They shipped it to me in a day UPS and it only took about 10 minutes, if that, to install.  No more water on the galley floor or in the bilge below the engine.
