[C320-list] Yanmar 3GM30F / anticorrosion zincs

I believe that the engine block has points where zincs could be 
installed into the water jacket, but they would not do any good on the F 
model since the engine block itself is cooled by the freshwater circuit. 
  It would be a different story if we had the 3GM30 (no F) which is 
cooled by raw water.
