[C320-list] downwind cruising sail ?

That's how I do it, it works well and with the Autopilot I do it when I 
single hand the boat no problem. I don't use the sail over 10 knots when I'm 
single handing to be sure I don't get in the situation where sailing will 
interupt my lunch.
