Hey Martin;
Glad to see another 320 in the area...I keep mine in False creek by the Burrard street bridge.
I keep my front hatch and the hatch in the head open just a bit all winter. Add a small heater on low to keep the air moving and I've had no problem with mold or mildew....yet...(over 10 years)
