No because it opens when the voltage on the house battery is 12.7 or lower.
When discharging the house battery its voltage will be less than that. You
can also program the trip off voltage to be higher than that, like 13V.

What if your charger is also an inverter?  Will the ACR allow the current to
flow back to the charger when needed? And if so, will it also draw down the
starting battery?
