[C320-list] Windlass Overide

The break I am suggesting is on the end of the windlass.  There is a place
to insert a bark to tighten or release the tension.

Where is the "break"?
Partner couldn''t find it.
The chain/anchor shackle was too tight to remove the shackle pin.
He solved the problem by hitting the overide with a tire crow bar.
