[C320-list] Throttle Cable

I had the same problem. I used WD 40 worked it back and forth. Applied some white lithium grease after works perfectly all season.

The same thing just happened to me.  The throttle cable seized however  
it was not the cable.  Disconnect the cable at the engine first to be  
sure.  If the cable moves, it is not the cable.  I had to use PB  
Blaster to work it free at the armiture at the engine.  It works great  
now.
