[C320-list] Mooring or Slip

I'm on a mooring in Sydney & much prefer it to when I used to be in a
slip or marina berth as we call it here.

Getting to the boat is easy with 7 day tender service & even the most
unathletic crew can pick up the mooring easily with the boathook when
we return after sailing whereas when I was on marina I would worry
guests might injure themselves jumping off the boat with the lines.

It's also half the cost of a marina berth
