[C320-list] Portable gasoline powered Inverter/Generators capable of starting 16.5 k BTU AC unit

Not to detract from a Kipor, but what's its' sound level rating (Honda  
is 'very' quiet @ 59db-just below normal speech) and does it have the  
'Eco-throttle' feature like Honda?
I bought the Honda EU2000i 'Companion' (able to be paralleled with  
another EU2000i) rather than the standard 2000i because the Companion  
sports a twistlock outlet (which I desired) in addition to the  
standard 120 VAC outlet.  Is the Kipor available with a twistlock  
outlet?
