Try Danny's Custom Canvas 410-391-3474. They do lots of work for MD Marina 
people. They are closed this week. They are at Sunset Harbor Marina.

I have used UK in Annapolis over the last few years and have been very 
satisfied with their service and workmanship...  Last year I purchased a new 
head sail from them and love it.
