Kevin,
Attend a Strictly Sail Boat show and you will find a couple of vendors that will make you a custom companion way screen.  My precious owner made a very clever (read inexpensive) companion way cover with a board, some Sunbrella and a dowel.

I'm planning ahead for summer...and the bugs that come with it on the Chesapeake.

I'm currently working on a little companionway screen project, but does anyone have recommendations for sources for hatch and/or porthole screens?
