[C320-list] Anchor Light?

I have seen a Multimeter used, at the Switch Panel, to detect if the
Anchor Light Bulb was blown.
Possibly to do with Resistance ...
Sorry I can not contribute any further, but those who know the
electrics, maybe able to tell you how.
