[C320-list] Anchor Light?

Remember that a bad connection anywhere in path to the bulb, will give the
same open reading. You may want to at least check for voltage at the mast
base (assuming you have a connector there) before you climb the pole.

Use an ohmmeter to measure from the load side of the breaker to DC  
ground with with the breaker in the off position. I just did it it  
looks like my anchor light is blown! If you have an LED light you  
might have to try both polarities.
