[C320-list] Anchor Light?

If I was going up the mast I would  replace the bulb with a LED replacement bulb or change the whole unit out to LED. Much, much brighter and very little power use compared to the standard anchor lite.

I guess I'm lucky to have them on my MKII. It came with the connectors you
see for automotive trailer lights. Seem cheap and rugged. I took pictures as
mast was set so I would know what's in there. Not sure how well I can reach
them with the mast up though.

John,

Thanks for the advice but I have no connector at the mast base. I guess I'll
be going up the pole soon. Maybe I'll install an LED anchor light as I
assume it will last for a very long time.

Remember that a bad connection anywhere in path to the bulb, will give the
same open reading. You may want to at least check for voltage at the mast
base (assuming you have a connector there) before you climb the pole.

Use an ohmmeter to measure from the load side of the breaker to DC ground
with with the breaker in the off position. I just did it it looks like my
anchor light is blown! If you have an LED light you might have to try both
polarities.
