[C320-list] Additional cockpit winches

Has anyone added a second set of genoa sheet winches by the wheel where they
can be accessed by the helmsman? My sail life would be easier if I could do
my own sheet adjustment from behind the wheel. 

 

If you have done this, how well will this solve the problem given where you
identified the new winches had to go based on all those things above and
below deck that limited the placement location? 

 

The current winches are accompanied by a turning block. Did your install
allow you to continue to use this block, or were new ones required? If you
had to install new blocks, how and where was this done?
