[C320-list] BoatUS renewal

I have the code from the C320 website that is supposed to provide for 
discounted membership to BoatUS for members of the C320IA.  But how do I 
use this code?  I see no place for it on my BoatUS renewal form that 
arrived in the mail.  And when I entered it into the "promotional code" 
box on the BoatUS renewal web site, that web site offered to renew me at 
my old rate, which was not discounted as far as I know.

What are the discounted rates?
