Thanks Scott,

  Once you log in, you'll see a new menu item along the top menu bar
called "Toolbox".  That takes you directly to the loaner tool page. 
>From there you can fill out the loaner request form which goes to Allan
Field where he typically contacts you to discuss your request and answer
any questions.

  From this page, you can also access all the loaner tool manuals and
information that we have.  We'll continue to enhance that over time.
