Did your dealer sand the bottom prior to applying Interprotect 2000E?

Rod,

My CY dealer de-waxed the hull and then applied 1 or 2 coats of Interprotect
2000E before applying VC17m Extra. The 2000E wasn't done so much for barrier
as it was a primer. Despite rigorous de-waxing, they had problems getting
some bottom paints to stick without the primer, and the re-work was more
expensive.
