[C320-list] 2009 Regatta and Annual Meeting is CANCELLED.

Unfortunately, this years Regatta and annual meeting has fallen victim to  
the bad economy and it is the recommendation of the organizing committee  
that it be cancelled.

Our thanks go out to those folks who put in so much effort to organize  
this event. I'm sure it would have been a great success another year.
