[C320-list] Replace Main Halyard

All,
I am convinced the the only sure way to replace a halyard is to sew the ends
together.
I tried the duct tape method and it parted.
Put a great of pressure on both ends if you even consider the duct tape
method.  The new halyard we bought had some kind of release agent on the
line and the tape did not stick.
