[C320-list] windlass

Thanks everyone.  That makes sense.  I looked all over the panel, but 
could not find any breaker that could be used for the windlass.  I 
didn't think about anything over by the battery switch.

Barb, you're starting to scare me.  You know my boat better than I do. :-)
