Mine leaked alittle as well and an 'old salt' I know told me to smear Vaseline on the gaskets before you close them up after a sail. Works well. Still have a little seepage; but that's part of boating.

I just popped one of mine out and took it to Ace where they matched it.
With a razor knife or something else that's very thin, pry off the cover on
the dog. Then with a phillips screw driver, you can disassemble it. The
opening ports are size 1. I ordered replacement gaskets from Downwind
Marine in San Diego. I thought that my leaks were from the o-rings, but it
turned out that it was the bedding. The aluminum frames have a channel in
them. Water flows freely through it and it comes out in the unused screw
holes behind where the dogs latch.
