[C320-list] Sticky throttle update

Once again this list proves to be great knowledge base thanks. 

Instead of purchasing a cable and spending a day or two installing a new one I simply took everyones advice and soaked the throttle arm on the engine and worked it back and forth. WOW works like new. Wish I would of asked this question last year live and learn.
