[C320-list] Throttle

I don't think that's a factory option!  But a lot of people add u-bolts 
like that when the throttle is not stiff enough and tends to slip.  The 
alternative approach is to take the binnacle apart and adjust the 
pressure screw that regulates this at the control lever.
